Introduction

Our client, a Tier 2 National Builder are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their highly succesful New Build team.

This is a national builder with a great reputation in Fit Out and New Build, they are now entering an exciting new era in QLD, with a number of flagship projects secured for 2025 and beyond.

What are you going to do 

You will work with a high performing, success driven team to lead and deliver this project. From here, you will continue to work on high value, new build works across QLD.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related (Required)
  • 5 + years of Project Management experience within the Commercial Construction Sector (Required).
  • Experience managing Commercial New Build Projects $150m+ (Required)
  • Takes a proactive approach to safety with a strong understanding of HSE requirements.
  • Excels at organisation, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.
  • Maintaining a great culture is essential so you are ideally friendly, approachable and a team player.
