Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Drive day to day execution of assigned strategic project (or phase) and manage project resources to drive a successful project delivery
  • Prepare Project/Portfolio Plan and financial forecasts/estimates for all phases
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication to relevant stakeholders with regular reporting on status, KPIs, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Manage Project and drive project portfolio according to the CapEx/PM processes
  • Ensure adherence to Global, regional and local standards (EHS, Quality, IM&S, IM&T, ManEx/GPS, Innovation, Sustainability)
  • Drive selection of engineering suppliers and vendors together with IM&S, assisting negotiation and dispute management as needed
  • Facilitate and resolve conflicts among project team members and/or other stakeholders
  • Provide consultation and participate Post Implementation Reviews
  • Participate to the development of CapEx/PM best practices & standards when requested

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • BSc/MSc in Engineering or equivalent experience, Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2) an advantage
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Language of location an advantage
  • Proven experience in leading large green/brown field projects (8+ years) preferably in food/chemical
  • Experience in working with diverse cultures and multidiscipline specialists
  • Experience in contracts management and supplier selection processes
