What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management, including contracts, scheduling, estimating, and defect rectification.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and foster a positive work culture.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize project profitability.
  • Manage project reporting, performance reviews, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain project sites, equipment, and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Identify and resolve variances, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to pre-contract planning and tender processes.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree qualified
  • 5 + Years experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager on defence/civil projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent self-organization and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
