Introduction

Brunel is seeking a talented Medior Supply Chain Engineer to join our team and work on secondment with leading high-tech companies in the Eindhoven region.

What are you going to do 

  • Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and quality control, to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of supply chain projects, from concept to implementation, within the high-tech sector.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative supply chain solutions that support business growth and competitiveness.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain engineering, preferably within the high-tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
