Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in tele calling, sales, or marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
