What are you going to do

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day civil construction activities on site. This will include ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to a high standard of quality, as well as managing a team of contractors and sub-contractors.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the project schedule
Managing and coordinating resources to ensure efficient and effective use of time and materials
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety standards and guidelines
Liaising with other project stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and other contractors
Providing regular reports on project progress and any issues that arise

Essential skills and knowledge

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in a similar role, with a focus on civil construction
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team of contractors and sub-contractors
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with other project stakeholders
The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
