We embraced our responsibility to give back, volunteering with Kids Meals Houston and participating in the Avondale House Bingo Bash. These events deepened our ties to the community while highlighting our values of compassion and collaboration.
2024 saw immense innovations with the introduction of SalesHub and Mercury, groundbreaking tools designed to streamline client and candidate experiences.
We connected with industry leaders at GasTech 2024 and showcased our capabilities alongside the global mining team at MinExpo 2024.
Our US Energy team hosted a Client Roundtable Event, bringing together the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and leaders from various energy sectors. We secured partnerships with two leading companies—one of Canada’s largest integrated energy firms and a prominent chemicals and plastics producer—highlighting our ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions and connect qualified candidates with specialized roles.
A vibrant Stampede teambuilding day was hosted to celebrate our team’s hard work and strengthen bonds.
Recruiter Insider was effectively launched and implemented to provide us with heightened recruitment technologies that allow us to evaluate our processes and receive feedback from those we do business with.
We created new spaces for our people. New Offices opened in Calgary and Toronto with modern, inspiring spaces, designed to enhance collaboration and provide a welcoming environment for employees.
Impactful food bank donations were made, and our team volunteered at the Calgary Food Bank. In Toronto, we celebrated World Cleanup Day by cleaning up around the city, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to supporting communities.
Brazil’s Brunel team exemplified our mission of creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace while expanding operations and solidifying our position as a leading recruitment and staffing agency in the country.
The Second Phase of the DIB Youth Apprenticeship Program kicked off in 2024. This groundbreaking initiative continued its focus on fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) across gender, race, and socioeconomic lines.
