Introduction

On behalf of our International Energy client, Brunel is recruiting a Training Coordinator for a 3 month temporary assignment. This is a Perth based role working Monday to Friday.

What are you going to do 

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating training activities and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.

Key duties include:

  • Scheduling training courses and booking new starters
  • Managing calendar invites and sending reminders
  • Responding to training-related queries via the shared inbox

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous experience in training administration or coordination
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

First Contact

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
