In this pivotal role, you will manage the tendering process for high-profile projects in the port and industrial sectors. The working location for this role is Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, the Netherlands.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead and coordinate the full tender process, from developing strategies to forming and managing a tender team.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with clients and potential partners to secure optimal terms.
  • Ensure project progress in terms of time, budget, quality, scope, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop winning strategies and ensure continuous communication and motivation within your team.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree (hbo) and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (tender management, project leader, or coordinator).
  • Familiarity with various contract types (RAW, UAV-GC) is a plus.
  • Experience or affinity with civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
