Introduction

Our client is responsible for designing and producing high-tech machines and machine modules. They are also manufacturing and assembling their machines under one roof. Their high-tech production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to produce any designed product. Their clients are international leaders within the high-tech engineering domain. They are expanding their business, therefore we are looking for an experienced System Architect Dynamics.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead technical specification and system design.
  • Manage a team for optimal dynamic behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary colleagues.
  • Provide hands-on support and oversight.

Specific Tasks:

  • Define dynamic requirements for modules/systems.
  • Specify analysis requirements for performance prediction/validation.
  • Conduct and interpret calculations/tests.
  • Communicate results and drive design improvements.
  • Contribute to organizational knowledge development.

The role requires expertise in system dynamics, leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively across various domains.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Master's degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering with 3-7 years of experience, PhD in the same field with some years of experience and ability to manage complex analysis (independent or in a team).
  • Focus on vibration sensitive systems and strong understanding of machine dynamics.
  • Experience in areas like dynamic sub structuring, multibody dynamics, vibration isolation, damping, modal analysis, and vibrometry is beneficial (high-precision machines).
  • Proficiency in FEM software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, Nastran).
  • CAD skills (e.g., NX, Solidworks) Computational tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Simulink)

    First Contact

    Scheduling an Interview

    After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview.

    During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

    Meeting in Real Life

    After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
