What are you going to do 

  • Take charge of the commercial and business management of contracts between the customer and subcontractors for construction and installation work.
  • Liaise with various departments at the customer, from tendering and contract award discussions to completion of the work by the subcontractors.
  • Handle reporting, non-conformities, notifications, complaints, and supplementary orders as part of contract management.
  • Conduct measurement checks and invoicing during contract processing.
  • Organise and lead kick-off meetings as well as regular on-site meetings with subcontractors and the project team.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations of subcontractors and the client are fully met.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil/electrical engineering or equivalent technical qualifications
  • Business fluent in German and English and willingness to work on-site at the construction site
  • Experience in assessing contractor compliance with international standards, laws and regulations
  • Preferably experience with AVA software and SAP4/HANA
  • communicative, committed, structured with strong negotiation skills and a real team player

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
