What are you going to do 

As Site Supervisor Office Buildings, you are responsible for the supervision and safety of ongoing improvement projects of office buildings.

Your scope:

  • · You are responsible for the supervision and safety for the projects assigned to you.
  • · You are responsible for stakeholder management with internal and external customers.
  • · You report directly to the Project Lead by using the project management tool.
  • · You request and analyze task risk assessments and provide all necessary information and documents (eg. product sample data sheets, B4/B5) to the customer for approval.
  • · You liaise with and inform relevant stakeholders (internal & external), with regards to project timing, possible impact, Safety & Health requirements and potential risks.
  • · You ensure preparation and/or availability of necessary permits (eg. Work permit, fire permit, Limosa declaration).
  • · You lead toolbox meetings before the start of works.
  • · You ensure follow-up of works, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, budget and timings.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Your profile:

  • · You have a Bachelor level of thinking combined with relevant project site experience within a corporate environment.
  • · You can rely on at least 3 years site supervising experience and are eager for quality and results.
  • · You have excellent communication skills and are able to liaise with all relevant stake holders.
  • · You have strong analytical skills to investigate problems and to come with a solution.
  • · Your presence on site is mandatory.
  • · Your fluent in English, spoken and written. Knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
  • · You live within the Brussels region.

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
