What are you going to do 

  • Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Schulung beim Kunden vor Ort - weltweit (alle Kontinente)

  • Service- und Reparatureinsätze sowie technischer Kundendienst

  • Ansprechperson bei technischen Problemen (Troubleshooting, Ersatzteilberatung)

  • Koordination und Unterstützung lokaler Servicetechniker im Ausland

  • Aufbau und Tests von Prototypen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung

  • Technischer Input für Produktverbesserungen sowie Betriebsanleitungen und Verkaufsunterlagen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene mechanische Grundausbildung mit Kenntnissen in Elektro- und Pneumatiktechnik

  • Erfahrung als Servicetechniker:in im internationalen Umfeld

  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Erfahrung im Umgang mit diversen Kulturen

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)

  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50 %, auch spontan), weltweit in rechtlich erlaubte Länder

  • Selbstständige, durchsetzungsstarke und flexible Persönlichkeit, organisiert und lösungsorientiert

  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
