Introduction

What are you going to do 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage cloud-based solutions such as Azure Active Directory and hybrid environments
  • Oversee backup, disaster recovery and storage solutions, ensuring performance and reliability
  • System updates, security patching
  • Hardening systems including firewalls, servers and endpoints
  • Work with clients to understand business needs
  • Develop quotes and proposals for IT projects including
  • Hardware procurement, liaising with vendors and suppliers

Essential skills and knowledge 

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft 365 environments (Intune, Defender, Exchange Online)
  • Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022)
  • Active Directory, including advanced Group Policy and domain management
  • Networking fundamentals

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 5+ years experience in IT systems engineering
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT systems in managed services or enterprise environments.
