Introduction

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ICS Security Engineer to join our Facilities & Discipline Engineering Department at a leading LNG company.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security engineering, with a focus on ensuring the integrity and reliability of control systems.
  • This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet project specifications and safety requirements.

What are you going to do 

  • Implement Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security engineering, support, and contribute to the division strategy and goals.
  • Provide project support and participate in ICS Security audits, risk assessments, technology evaluations, and self-assessments.
  • Advise on ICS Security sustainment activities and ensure compliance with security standards in the ICS environment.
  • Design, test, and install security tools, manage risks associated with live integration of critical systems, and ensure network segregation.
  • Conduct research, engineering, and navigate technical problems in consultation with the EPC Contractor.
  • Provide technical and strategic, day-to-day management and coordination of the ICS Security Enhancement project.
  • Supervise the work of relevant discipline engineers and ensure that quality and standards are maintained.
  • Develop data sheets, instrument index, instrument sizing, and prepare material requisitions for all instrument items.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science majoring in Engineering in the area of specialization from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the ICS environment as an I&C Engineer.
  • Advanced knowledge of ICS Environment and architecture, including ICS equipment (HMI’s, RTU’s, PLC’s, Controllers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of security standards in the ICS Environment – IEC62443, SP 800-82.
  • Proficiency in networking concepts, vulnerability scanning, firewalls, VPNs, and digital certificates.
  • Certifications such as GICSP (Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional), CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert), and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to comprehend, coordinate, and manage multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail and a strong grasp of analytical concepts.
