What are you going to do 

  • Conducting experiments and tests on various materials, components, subsystems, and the entire Lattiz system
  • Performing mechanical/physical measurements, thermal tests, strength-elongation tests, barrier tests, dimension measurements
  • Measuring process conditions in the Lattiz machine and machine components (pressure, temperature, parameter variations, water flow)
  • Measuring milk foam performance (foam height, bubble size, coffee and milk ratio, foam thickness)
  • Conducting hygiene tests on the machine and packaging (color measurements, preparation of microbiological tests) and seal tests on the packaging
  • Collecting and analyzing results from the experiments and reporting to the team
  • Recording results in a logical, accessible manner

Essential skills and knowledge 

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, precise, and creative, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently. You should be systematic in conducting laboratory experiments, mapping the interrelationship between various factors of the machine. A strong affinity for technology, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges are key. You must be responsible for your own work, able to plan and organize tasks effectively, and proficient in data management (Excel). Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required, and you should excel in working within a multicultural team environment with strong communication skills.

First Contact

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
