Introduction

We’re hiring Mechanical Technician for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Kakinada.

What are you going to do 

Position: Mechanical Technician

YOE: 5 + Years

Contract: On Contract role

Location: Kakinada

Essential skills and knowledge 

Experience and Education

  • Served full recognized apprenticeship or equivalent;
  • Five (5) years’ experience in directly performing PTW and works in an oil and;
  • Gas industry and minimum one FPSO experience of 2 years;
  • Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagram/Drawings (P&IDs) installation standards etc;
  • Experience on rotating equipment installation, pre-commissioning and Commissioning;
  • Ability to read, comprehend and write in English language;

Physical Requirements.

  • Ability to lift 25 kg without assistance;
  • In possession of current OPITO BOSIET, MIST, MEDICAL and Working at Heights 2;
  • Physical fitness must be certified through a medical examination as the offshore environment requires good health and stamina.
