What are you going to do 

Are you eager to kickstart your Salesforce career in the financial sector? A top-tier Dutch bank is offering a one-year traineeship for a Junior Salesforce Engineer. You'll work on key Large Corporate Loan Projects while gaining hands-on experience in Salesforce.
What you'll do:

  • Participate in a structured traineeship program.
  • Work on Salesforce projects for corporate lending.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and stakeholders.

Essential skills and knowledge 

You are analytical, eager to learn, and motivated to develop your skills in Salesforce. You enjoy solving technical challenges, optimizing processes, and working in a dynamic environment where you can make an impact. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you thrive in a role where you can grow both professionally and personally.

Additionally, you have:

  • At least a hbo/wo degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Some experience or strong interest in Salesforce, software development, or data management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

First Contact

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
