What are you going to do 

Met jouw deskundigheid pak je problemen aan als een professional, of het nu gaat om vergeten wachtwoorden of complexe applicatiestoringen. Daarnaast krijg je bij ons de kans om je horizon te verbreden door het behalen van certificaten zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt. Op deze manier is de weg naar een veelbelovende toekomst als Functioneel Beheerder, Cloud-specialist en vele andere specialisaties wijd open.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Een afgeronde IT mbo-4 opleiding en minimaal een jaar werk ervaring als ICT-medewerker/IT servicedeskmedewerker of een hbo-propedeuse in een relevante richting.
  • Flexibel wat betreft reisafstand (max. 60 min).
  • Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.

What we offer 

  • Een basissalaris vanaf € 2400,- tot € 2700,- o.b.v. 40 uur. Indien nodig heb je recht op een projectgebonden toeslag van € 100,- tot € 500,-.
  • Contracturen vanaf 32 tot 40 uur.
  • Op basis van de af te leggen afstand heb je recht op een OV-business kaart of een leaseauto. Beiden zijn ook privé te gebruiken.
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en 8% vakantietoeslag.
  • Trainings- en opleidingsmogelijkheden;

First Contact

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
