Introduction

As a Network Engineer, you will be working within the Minor Works Team that delivers engineering solutions to the wider business. You will be working across multiple varied projects at once, capturing technical solutions involving switches, routers, firewalls & network security.

What are you going to do 

The position Perth based working in our client's CBD offices. There is an element of WFH for all contractors as time is split between the office and your home. The role may also involve travel on an ad hoc basis.

Essential skills and knowledge 

To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following:

  • Cisco CCNP level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to develop details design documentation, implementation, test and back out plans
  • Ability to manage more than one project at a time
  • Exposure to mining and/or resources industries that have unique network requirements

You will also have specialist experience in at least one of the following:

  • Switches, routers, LAN/WAN
  • Firewalls and network security

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
