Introduction

Ensure the company maintains full legal compliance while supporting smooth business operations. This includes conducting internal audits and assisting with audit-related activities as needed. Assessing and identifying potential risks within the organization, developing strategies to mitigate compliance risks, optimizing existing processes and procedures, and, if necessary, recommending additional resources or staff to strengthen the department.

What are you going to do 

  • Monitor and follow up on whistleblowing cases.
  • Develop audit programs, test plans, and a Risk Control Matrix (RCM) framework.
  • Conduct audits and internal audit projects in accordance with the annual audit plan for the organization.
  • Report audit findings and prepare draft audit reports.
  • Evaluate audit findings and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Monitor and provide updates on follow-up audit action plans to the Internal Audit Director.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested by senior management.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related auditing discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High standards of legal and ethical integrity.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient command of the English language.
  • In-depth knowledge of the company and its relevant market.
  • Proven management experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal and/or external audit environments.
  • Experience in internal audit or compliance within a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Knowledge

  • Proficient in the preparation of audit programs, test plans, and Risk Control Matrices.
  • Familiarity with audit software tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
