Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a HR Business Partner / Adviser to join their centralised HR Business Partner Team to support across a range of portfolios and stakeholders. This will be a 12 month contract located at their 'state of the art' Perth CBD offices.

What are you going to do 

You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and acceleration
  • Culture programs to deliver and manage high performance
  • Supporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters
  • Regular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviews
  • Change management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformation
  • Leadership development and succession planning

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

  • Human Resources academic qualification OR relevant degree
  • Previous Resources / Energy industry experience will be highly beneficial
  • Experience within both Corporate and Operational environments will be advantageous, but not essential
  • You will be required to work fairly independently, therefore seeking someone with considerable demonstrated experience in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships
  • Flexibible approach to work as you will support anything from Operating sites to Corporate function
