What are you going to do 

Looking for a lively, vibrant, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to take on a variety of exciting challenges across Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and more!

What You'll Do:

  • Accounts Payable: Handle bank and credit card reconciliations, process supplier and subcontractor payments, and manage purchase orders.
  • Accounts Receivable: Generate rental and contract invoices, process settlement statements, and maintain strong financial relationships.
  • General Finance: Monthly BAS reporting, cash flow and loan reconciliations, and supporting our CFO with audits and annual reports.
  • Office Tasks: Light office duties including keeping the space tidy, answering phones, and meeting clients - it's all part of the fun!

Specific Programs You'll Use: Jobpac, Viewpoint, Outlook, Excel, ATO portal, ANZ Transactive, and more!

Essential skills and knowledge 

With a strong foundation in finance and a keen eye for detail, you excel at managing complex accounting tasks while enjoying the energy of a lively workplace. Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
