What are you going to do 

  • Project Management: Overseeing and coordinating the entire electrical package within an offshore project.
  • Technical Specifications: Ensuring all electrical systems meet technical specifications and standards.
  • Time and Budget Management: Adhering to project schedules and budget requirements.
  • Coordination: Collaborating closely with engineers, project stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues and interface problems.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports.
  • Safety Regulations: Complying with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Marine Logistics, Renewable Energy, or a closely related field.
  • Strong knowledge in the design, installation, and maintenance of offshore electrical systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, including time and budget management.
  • Good leadership, excellent problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate confidently in both German and English.

First Contact

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
