Medical Affairs - Real World Data Manager (12-month contract) Hybrid - Toronto, ON

What are you going to do 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Patient Support Program (PSP) data for outcomes research, including feasibility assessments, audits, and quality evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the PSP team to guide program design, data capture, and system improvements with a medical evidence generation focus.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to navigate governance, SOPs, and end-to-end data management processes.
  • Identify evidence needs and opportunities to leverage PSP data for research and insights.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health sciences, biostatistics, epidemiology, or data science.
  • Background in statistics or research, with experience working with administrative health datasets, clinical research, or similar.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, academia, or consulting.
  • 1+ years of experience working with real-world data, including knowledge of data quality, management, and governance.
  • 1+ years of experience of experience in data analysis for medical research.
  • Strong learning agility, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
