Introduction

Brunel energy is seeking to recruit experienced contract professionals to work on projects for a Perth based mining business. The Contracts Specialists, Principals, and Advisors roles will support large-scale resource projects by managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.

What are you going to do 

The successful candidate will work on projects for a Perth based mining business. Contracts will last from 6-18 months

Duties will include:

  • Pre-award and post-award contract management
  • Tender formation, negotiation, risk analysis, bid evaluations, and compliance monitoring
  • Handle contract administration, manage disputes, and ensure alignment with company policies, legal standards, and project requirements.
  • Each role collaborates with stakeholders, provides strategic advice, and enhances contract processes to support project efficiency and successful commercial outcomes​

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Law or equivalent experience in Mining or Contracts.
  • Over 3 years industry experience.
  • Experience of using SAP is essential.
  • Tier one mining/contractor experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Current right to work in Australia.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
