Introduction

Our client, a Builder / Developer in Brisbane, is on the lookout for a CA to join their team.

They have a strong 20+ year history of building within the QLD market across Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, Government and Residential with project values ranging from $10m - $60m+.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management (or related).
  • 3+ years of experience within the CA role.
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects $20m+ in value (preferred).
  • Experience in engaging with contractors.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage discipline and performance issues in the workplace.
  • Solid written communication and reporting skills.
  • High levels of initiative, energy and passion for the role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.

First Contact

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
