Introduction
Our client, a Builder / Developer in Brisbane, is on the lookout for a CA to join their team.

They have a strong 20+ year history of building within the QLD market across Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, Government and Residential with project values ranging from $10m - $60m+.

Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management (or related).
- 3+ years of experience within the CA role.
- Experience working on commercial construction projects $20m+ in value (preferred).
- Experience in engaging with contractors.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage discipline and performance issues in the workplace.
- Solid written communication and reporting skills.
- High levels of initiative, energy and passion for the role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
