What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and analyse global business processes to identify inefficiencies and complexities
  • Develop strategies to simplify and standardize processes across regions
  • Analyse data to provide actionable recommendations for improvements
  • Engage with stakeholders to align on transformation goals
  • Support process changes through communication and training
  • Regularly review and enhance processes, promoting best practices
  • Ensure processes comply with regulations and manage associated risks. HSE experience will be highly regarded
  • Maintain metrics and dashboards to monitor process effectiveness

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business process analysis and process improvement in a complex organisation
  • Ability to analyse data, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable insights for process optimisation
  • Experience with process mapping tools, data analysis software, and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment with transformation goals
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
