Seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial BDM to spearhead growth in the food service sector. This role focuses on expanding market presence, driving sales, and building strong client relationships.

What are you going to do 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Food Services Distributors and regional buying offices of QSR chains.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract finalization.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize product offerings.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations for client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing is a great asset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Food Services Distributors and regional buying offices of QSR chains business development.
  • Direct experience with frozen produce.
  • Hunter business developer.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
