Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Lead the Architectural and Insulation team for fabrication, installation, and mechanical completion (MC) as per project requirements.
  • Act as the construction lead for Architectural and Insulation works.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Evaluate, finalize, and manage subcontractors for fabrication and installation activities.
  • Assign tasks and manage Architectural and Insulation Project Management Teams (PMTs).
  • Guide subcontractors to achieve fabrication, installation, and sub-system/area completion targets.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to prioritize construction sequences and expedite system handovers.
  • Resolve interface issues with Engineering, Construction, and vendors.
  • Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop quantifiable benchmarks (e.g., KPIs) to ensure clarity of scope and completion goals.
  • Plan and control production activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and address outstanding tasks during weekly progress meetings.
  • Review drawings and assess installation and construction feasibilities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements for Architectural and Insulation activities.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices among team members and workers.
  • Identify and resolve project team conflicts and manage project scope changes proactively.
  • Address expected faults and defects in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Architectural and Insulation works.
  • Experience in EPC projects for Oil & Gas, HVDC/HVAC Offshore Renewables, and Systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
