Introduction

Seeking an experienced Field Operations Administrator to support over 50 Field Service Engineers across Australia & PNG.

What are you going to do 

  • Compliance tracking, payroll processing, PPE management, outage coordination, travel logistics, and administrative support.
  • Ensure accurate records, smooth mobilization, and effective operations while collaborating with various teams.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience in office administration support for a multinational company.
  • Experience with accounting and administrative systems, including Salesforce, Oracle, B2P and SAP Ariba (similar package experience may be considered)
  • Prior experience working with a remote workforce within Australia.
  • Prior experience working at an international level with other cultures and nationalities.
  • Exposure to major resource and/or Oil & Gas projects.
