What are you going to do

Organisation und Moderation von Scrum Meetings.
Unterstützung der Teams bei der Erreichung der Sprint-Ziele.
Identifikation und Beseitigung von Impediments innerhalb und außerhalb der Teams sowie an Schnittstellen mit anderen Bereichen.
Kommunikation mit Entwicklern, Product Owner und Stakeholdern.
Förderung der agilen Organisationsentwicklung mit dem Ziel der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
Erstellung, Auswertung und transparente Darstellung des Entwicklungsfortschritts.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Psychologie, Pädagogik und Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung/Zertifizierung als Scrum Master.
Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Praktiken.
Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
