What are you going to do

Als Sourcing Consultant tragen Sie zur unternehmens- und fachbereichsspezifischen Talent-Acquisition-Strategie bei.
Dazu nutzen Sie die gesamte Bandbreite an innovativen Active Sourcing Techniken, um geeignete Talente für uns zu gewinnen.
Ebenso entwickeln Sie eigenständig Sourcing-Strategien, identifizieren neue Kanäle und bauen so einen internen Talentpool auf, sodass sich potenzielle Kandidat:innen mit uns verbunden fühlen.
Das Führen von Informations- und Vorstellungsgesprächen mit unseren Talenten rundet Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann /-kauffrau oder vergleichbar
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Active Sourcing und Social Networking
Anwendbare Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Business-Netzwerken (Xing, LinkedIn etc.)
Souveränes und sicheres Auftreten
