What are you going to do

Ihre Aufbgaben:

Selbständige Projektierung, Planung, Kalkulation, Durchführung und Abrechnung von Projekten
Mitwirken bei der Einhaltung der Termine und Kosten sowie der Qualität
Durchführung von Abstimmungen mit internen Fachbereichen und Betreibern
Durchführung und Abrechnung des Projektes
Entwicklung von Projektlösungen, Darstellung und Bewertung von Varianten, Ausarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen

Essential skills and knowledge

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplom-Studium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Ingenieurwesen.
Über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Bauleitung, Bauwesen, Engineering, Projektmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement.
Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in MS-Office und SAP oder ähnliches.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
