What are you going to do

Als Ontwerpleider Constructie werk je met een team van modelleurs en collega’s van andere vakgebieden aan bouwkundige ontwerpen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat een ontwerp klaar is om echt gebouwd te worden. Je hebt veel contact met de klant en de bouwteams en bewaakt de technische kwaliteit van het ontwerp.

Jouw taken:

Omzetten van een architectonisch ontwerp naar een functioneel ontwerp.
Afstemmen van het ontwerp met planning, kosten en uitvoering.
Opstellen en bewaken van projectplannen.
Leiden van een team met modelleurs en bouwkundigen.
Controleren of het ontwerp voldoet aan de bouwkundige eisen en contracten.

Essential skills and knowledge

Jij werkt graag samen, kunt goed communiceren en hebt oog voor detail. Je denkt in oplossingen en zoekt altijd naar manieren om ontwerpen beter en duurzamer te maken.

Jouw profiel:

Hbo-diploma in Bouwkunde, Constructies of Structural Engineering.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als bouwkundig project- of ontwerpleider.
Ervaring in utiliteitsbouw, woningbouw en/of infrastructuur.
Bekend met UAV-GC, Design & Construct en Engineer & Build projecten.
Kennis van Nederlandse bouwregels en contractvormen.
Ervaring met BIM (o.a. Revit en Navisworks) en systems engineering.

Salaris tot €6.670 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur per week).
