What are you going to do 

Als BIM Modelleur werk je aan uitdagende en innovatieve bouwprojecten. Samen met een integraal ontwerpteam zorg jij ervoor dat complexe constructies op de juiste manier worden gemodelleerd en geoptimaliseerd.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

  • Deelname aan een multidisciplinair ontwerpteam.
  • Modelleren van beton-, staal- en houtconstructies in Revit.
  • Uitwerken van detailoplossingen en uitvoeren van ‘clash controles’.
  • Uitwisselen van modellen en afstemmen met ontwerpteamleden.
  • Toetsen van modellen op kwaliteit, toepasbaarheid en haalbaarheid.
  • Contact onderhouden met collega’s, architecten en leveranciers.
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en uitbreiding van de Revit-bibliotheek.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Jij bent iemand die initiatief neemt, proactief meedenkt en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel heeft staan.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek.
  • Ervaring met BIM-processen en een actieve rol in BIM-overleggen.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van Revit en ervaring met bibliotheken en apps.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met Navisworks (kennis van Solibri is een pré).
  • Handigheid met Dynamo is een pluspunt.
  • Een klantgerichte en flexibele houding.
  • Ervaring met papierloos werken en digitale processen.

  • Salaris: Een bruto maandsalaris tot €4.950,- afhankelijk van ervaring.
