Bei Brunel unterstützen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team die Ihre Kunden Remote oder vor Ort. Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe suchen wir Sie als IT Systemanalytiker.

What are you going to do

Pflege der zentralen Systeme und sorgfältige Dokumentation der Arbeit
Interner First Level Support für die Kollegeninnen und Kollegen
Installation und Pflege von Windows Clients
Fehleranalyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Problemen
Wartung von Windows Server Systemen in einer virtuellen Umgebung
Dokumentation von IT-Abläufen und IT-Systemen

Essential skills and knowledge

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Umschulung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration. Quereinsteiger mit erster IT-Erfahrung sind willkommen.
Erste Berufserfahrungen im IT Support und Basiswissen im Umgang mit Linux-Systemen
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Bereitschaft zum 24*7 Schichtdienst mit entsprechenden Schichtzulagen - Flexibles Schichtsystem mit der Berücksichtigung von Wünschen (keine Kontischichten)
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
