Introduction

Als Financieel Coach ben jij de verbindende factor tussen klanten en hun financiële doelen. Je combineert persoonlijk contact met de kracht van digitaal bankieren, waarbij je klanten niet alleen ondersteunt bij hun vragen, maar hen ook aanmoedigt om zelfstandig bankzaken te regelen. Met jouw expertise en gastvrijheid kunnen de klanten rekenen op jouw begeleiding om hun financiële toekomst vorm te geven.

What are you going to do

Fungeren als persoonlijk contact voor klanten, waarbij je de eerst indruk van de bank vertegenwoordigt.
Klanten telefonisch en face-to-face begeleiden in hun bankzaken.
Voeren van inventarisatiegesprekken met klanten om een financiële scan van hun persoonlijke situatie te maken.
Ondersteunen van klanten bij digitaal bankieren.
Klanten proactief benaderen om de financiële mogelijkheden te bespreken.
Themabijeenkomsten en workshops organiseren waarbij jij het visitekaartje bent.

Essential skills and knowledge

Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
In bezit van Wft Basis, Schade Particulier & Zakelijk, Mifid Informeren en bent bereid Wft Vermogen en Wft Hypothecair krediet te behalen tijdens de opdracht.
Je hebt kennis van economische- en financiële ontwikkelingen.
Je bent klant- en servicegericht.

Een salaris vanaf €3.600 euro bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur.
8% vakantiegeld. 26 vakantiedagen per jaar met de mogelijkheid om dit tot 40 uit te breiden.
