What are you going to do

Als 1st and 2nd Level Support Mitarbeiter beraten Sie interne und externe Kunden hinsichtlich der effizienten Nutzungsmöglichkeiten von Hard- und Software
In diesem Zusammenhang sind Sie für die Aufnahme, Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Kundenanforderungen zuständig
Zudem sind Sie verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der IT Assets (Warenannahme, Lagerverwaltung, Bestellungen, Pflege des Assetbestandes sowie Durchführung von Inventuren)
Weitere Aufgaben sind die Installation von PCs, Ausstattung von neuen Mitarbeitern mit Hardware und die Unterstützung und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich IT Support sammeln
Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil von einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise, sowie guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen
