Requirements:

To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:

  • Experience working within large/complex organisation environments. Previous mining experience highly regarded.
  • Experience working in digital transformation projects, supporting change across business wide transformations.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders, and work with competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and implement change strategies and drive adoption.
  • A high level of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and commitment to lead and deliver outcomes, and manage change.
