Brunel are proud to partner with our client who are looking to add a New Build Project Manager to their team. This role has opened due to an increase in project load coming into Quarter Two of the year with some exciting new projects starting soon!

About this role

As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from concept to completion, overseeing:

  • Planning the entire construction lifecycle.
  • Securing necessary regulations and permits.
  • Managing Site Managers and Foremen.
  • Communicating project progress to clients.
  • Maintaining subcontractor relationships.
  • Adhering to budget, timeline, and quality control.
  • Collaborating with specialists and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring HSE compliance.
  • Using scheduling software for project tracking.

Is this you?

  • Local experience within the Australian / NZ Market with Rights to Work within Australia (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related degree (Required).
  • Exposure to commercial projects with a value of $20M+ (Required).
  • 5+ years of Commercial Construction Experience and experience operating as a Project Manager (Required).
  • The ability to manage and mentor in a collaborative and supportive manner.
  • Excels at organisation, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment but also able to work autonomously when required.
