Introduction

We are seeking a Project Construction Manager to oversee the construction of FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) units, including Topsides, Hull, and Modules.

About this role

The Project Construction Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of FPSO projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to manage and oversee multiple aspects of the project, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field- Minimum of 20 years of experience in offshore Oil and Gas projects, with a focus on FPSO construction
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects within budget and on time- Experience in managing and leading teams of engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Strong knowledge of FPSO construction processes, including Topsides, Hull, and Modules- Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to FPSO construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
