About this role

For our client - leader in offshore wind industry - we are searching for an experienced Site Manager.
Your main responsibilities:- You lead the planning and fabrication execution.
- You are the focal point of contact for the management team in Europe on the progress of the project, including the local on site management / coordination (employer's representative) of HSSE, scope, quality, interfaces, resource and time scheduling.- You manage and coordinate the local interfaces between the fabrication team, engineering team, quality team and 3e parties (subcontractors, vendors etc. ).
- You ensure that the fabrication team and onsite team work safely and in good practice in accordance with legislation and client's requirements.- You evaluate and management of risks and you produce the weekly and monthly reports summarizing the HSSE, progress, risks, along with any quality and resource concerns.


Requirements

The ideal candidate meets below requirements:- You have a proven experience in fabrication of offshore steel structures, preferably with Chinese fabricators
- You are comfortable talking in the field of coating, welding NDT and dimensional control techniques / codes / standards applicable to offshore fabrication;- You have trackable 10-15 year's working experience, preferably in a divers and global project company with a strong understanding of project management fundamentals, engineering and maintenance principles, lifecycle and assurance processes, and construction processes involving fabrication activities.
- You have a proven record showing skills like: leadership, organizing and planning, effective communication adaptability, logical thinker, good cultural awareness and a team player.- You are fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of local Chinese language would be a plus.
- You are flexible to travel (domestic and internationally).
