For our client - leader in offshore wind industry - we are searching for an experienced Quality Manager.
Your main responsibilities:- You develop, implement, and manage the project quality plan and associated processes, including critical assessment, audit planning, site quality surveillance and where needed quality incident investigations.
- You serve as the focal point to liaise with clients, fabrication yard, subcontractors and vendors on quality-related matters within the project.- You initiate and conduct internal and external verifications/surveys/audits, and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- You ensure the required quality level on all performances within the project quality organization and ensure the on-time delivery and quality of required input, documentation and reports to the satisfaction of the stakeholders
The ideal candidate meets below requirements:- You obtain a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, science, with a focus on quality and project management.
- You possess certifications in welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and coating processes.- You have trackable 10-15 year's working experience, preferably in a divers and global project company with a strong understanding of project management fundamentals, engineering and maintenance principles, lifecycle and assurance processes, and construction processes involving fabrication activities.
- You have a proven record showing skills like: leadership, auditing, effective communication and adaptability.- You are fluent in spoken and written English, preferable knowledge of local Chinese language.
