Introduction

The Project Advisor will be responsible for promoting a safe workplace culture, working with stakeholders across the business both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of project management principles and have experience working in construction and mining, experience of working managing HME is highly desirable.

About this role

As a Construction Project Advisor - HME, you will be responsible for overseeing project documentation, investigating incidents, conducting quality leadership interactions in the field, and assisting project leads in controlling costs and executing site works efficiently. You will also establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate HME build pad locations, and work collaboratively with project leads throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Project Delivery and Contractor Management experience
  • Previous experience working for a large mining business preferred
  • Ability to coach, mentor, or supervise a team is essential
  • Familiarity with heavy industry and HME is highly desirable
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Current and valid manual 'C Class' driver's license
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Must have current righ to work in Australia to be considered for this role
