Introduction

On behalf of our Client, a provider of Specialised Services to the Oil & Gas Energy sector, Brunel is actively seeking a skilled Mobilisation Coordinator to support upcoming shutdowns located in the area of Lytton, Brisbane. This will be a casual contract at the Client's premises to commence as soon as possible.

About this role

  • Compile and administer all process paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees and subcontractors in line with client requirements and timeframes
  • Ensure all qualification and training requirements are compliant with site specifications
  • Prepare Project specific Training Matrix based on advice from the Project Manager and client on required skills and competencies; track progress and compliance
  • Liaise with the Training Department to upskill any personnel who are not compliant and ensure VOCs are valid
  • Work closely with WFP to understand any changes to the crew lists
  • Schedule all travel and accommodation requirements
  • Maintain clear communication of travel arrangements and immediate on-site requirements are communicated to Company employees to ensure efficient mobilisation and demobilisation
  • Work closely with Recruitment Teams to ensure personnel and contractors are fully compliant before mobilisation
  • Client and client site contacts liaison
  • Order and track PPE for new employees
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate information on the roster system and personnel folders

Is this you?

  • Proficiency in mobilisation, project readiness and rostering
  • Ability to oversee and manage the deployment of people resources efficiently and effectively
  • Skills in future planning liaising with senior personnel
  • MS Office Suite, MyPass and SuccessFactors experience
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of Training and Assessment for the Industry
