About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Decision Analyst with expertise in the RAPID (Rapid Analysis and Decision) Framework, SAP implementations, and extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise the RAPID Framework to conduct thorough analyses and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of SAP systems.
  • Analyse complex data sets related to the Oil and Gas industry to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve analytical methodologies.
  • Present decision analysis options to senior leadership (VPs, GMs).

Is this you?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Expertise in the RAPID Framework and demonstrated ability to apply it effectively in various scenarios.
  • Extensive experience with SAP implementations, including project management and system optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in SAP or related areas.
  • Experience with other ERP systems and data management platforms.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and predictive modelling techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
