Key Requirements Safely isolate plant and equipment in accordance with Permit to Work (PTW) requirements. Ensure full compliance with SAP work execution processes, including accurate capture of transactional data where required. Ensure appropriate scoping of corrective work to support effective planning and execution. Adhere to all relevant electrical and gas regulations, standards, and site procedures. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of incidents, hazards, and near misses, and actively participate in investigations and workplace observations. Maintain high standards of housekeeping across plant, equipment, stores, and tools. Participate in commissioning activities in a rotational shift capacity. Execute tasks within defined competencies and skill levels. Promote efficient use of resources to minimise operating costs, including consumables and waste reduction initiatives. Support planning and preparation activities as required. Actively participate in the SuccessFactors performance process and work towards achieving KPI targets. Contribute to individual and team objectives aligned with broader business goals. Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and operational crews.
