Our client is a leading energy data management services business which prides itself on providing excellent customer service through technology and innovation. They work with some of Australia's largest companies to understand energy usage then recommending smarter, cheaper and more environmentally sustainable options.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Client Support Analyst is responsible for managing large amounts of customer data to generate payment files, produce reports and ensure accurate and timely data processing. Heavily involved in numerical data, this position will respond to various queries from clients relating to their utility bills, invoices, and general account information, and be able to provide answers to clients' questions.
Replying directly to the commercial customer or utility provider via email in a concise, yet professional and timely manner is crucial in this role as is the ability to check numerical information for errors and fix problems as they arise. Preparing action points for follow-up post client meetings would be an important part of this role.
The Requirements:
To be considered for this role you will be tertiary qualified with an analytical, mathematical or technical skill set. You will have prior experience working with large amounts of customer data, have advanced skills in Excel, be a fast learner, ability to work under pressure and have extremely high attention to detail. Utility, energy, or environmental industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Overall, you will have excellent time management, strong communication skills and a good commercial acumen with the ability to learn quickly and be driven to succeed.
