Introduction

Brunel are partnered with one of the largest iron ore miners in the world to deliver the best work opportunities for IT & Technical professionals within Australia. We are currently seeking Business Analysts to work on a contract basis across IT Infrastructure and Systems Integration projects.

About this role

As a Business Analyst, you will be working within the systems integration team that delivers complex solutions to the wider business. These projects range from minor system updates to major enterprise system overhauls. Your role within the team is to gather requirements from key stakeholders and help the organisation identify and implement improved system processes and ways of working.

The positions are Perth based working in the Perth CBD office. There is an element of WFH for all contractors, with time being split between the office and your home.

Requirements

To be successful in this team, it is beneficial to have the following experience:

  • Experience working in process improvement and IT projects supporting change across a business wide transformation / large complex business programs
  • Business Analysis experience working within large/complex organisation environments and with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management including ability to facilitate meetings.
  • Experience in requirements gathering specifically across IT Systems.
